Conclusion: Argentina is currently experiencing growth in the areas of broadband access and wireless services. The Internet has grown at a relatively slow pace, in spite of Argentina"s adoption of more liberal telecommunications policies. Telecom and media groups in Argentina still exercise considerable control of the country's Internet traffic. However, due to the effects of increased deregulation, Argentina can expect a continued increase in broadband access and wireless services in 2007.
