For almost as long as humans have been around, we've been using maps. Maps answer many questions for us: Where am I? What's happening around me? How do I get from here to there? In the digital age, we can create maps that answer these questions, by gathering and combining information from the world around us. This video will show you what you can do with this data, and how it benefits Albertans and the rest of the world. We maintain a catalogue of credible datasets from a growing number of authoritative sources in support of the GOA Open Government initiative. You can search or browse our catalogue.
